Nonprofit Projects

Bringing Our Mission to Life

A movement like this can’t be contained in one garden, one classroom, or one community.

Our projects are living expressions of the world we believe in — where Earth is honored as teacher, healing is woven into the land, and care becomes contagious.

Guided by permaculture, conservation, sustainability, and vitality, these projects reach from Southern Indiana to the global stage. Whether you’re growing with us online or in the soil, this is our invitation to be part of the story.

The Rootwell™

The Rootwell is our heart-centered digital membership space — a greenhouse for learning, connection, and creative growth. Through seasonal teachings, Earth-aligned resources, and an ever-evolving community of changemakers, it’s where our mission stays rooted no matter where you are in the world.

Operation Pollination™

This campaign invites individuals, families, and classrooms to “rewild their corner” — restoring native habitat one backyard, schoolyard, or patch of public land at a time. Through a blend of citizen science, playful storytelling, and community activation, we’re making pollinator conservation personal, beautiful, and wildly participatory.

Blooming Roots Garden Project

This flagship demonstration garden brings permaculture to life in southern Indiana. Featuring native plants, edible beds, and interactive learning zones, it serves as a living classroom and a healing space for the community. It’s where seeds of knowledge, nourishment, and belonging are planted together.

Restore the Wild

Through hands-on habitat restoration — from wildflower meadow planting to creek cleanups and forest rebalancing — this project brings people together to repair the ecosystems we all depend on. It’s about reconnection, repair, and the collective joy of tending to the wild.
